Coach Steve is an absolutely amazing trainer and the best thing that happen to my training! I saw things change immediately for the better when Steve arrived. Things like new and exciting exercises, to a rejuvenated excitement. Being incredibly knowledgeable, he really understands my goals, holds me accountable and always explains exercises clearly. Steve is always learning and staying up-to-date on the latest fitness trends, studies and methods to keep things fun, challenging and safe. I feel confident that I'm working out safely and that he is effectively allowing me to achieve my goals and even push past them.
